15-Day Return Policy

Official Stealthy offers a 15-day return and reimbursement policy beginning on the date your order is successfully delivered. Due to the nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or full reimbursement. To initiate a return request, please contact us at Sales@smoothiebarinfusions.cc within 15 days of delivery. Your request must include your order details and clear photos or videos showing the condition or issue with the item.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions for returning the item. Please do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from our team.

Return Requirements

All approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition whenever possible. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved replacement or reimbursement promptly.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect item, please contact us within the 15-day return period so that we can assist you promptly.
